Default Erratic idle and stalling
My 82 corvette is idling erratically, then dying when dropped into gear. I have put on a new fuel filter and cleaned both iac valves. It stayed running long enough to drive until it warmed up, at which point it ran smoother. Then after sitting several minutes again, the same happened again. There is a buzzing noise by the passenger side throttle body, and it feels like it is not taking the gas when i push down the pedal. Help, anyone???

Check for vacuum leaks and timing. Clean the throttle body and blades.

i would check for vac leaks and i also would check your fuel pump .the buzzing sound that you here may be the sound that the injectors make .

Sounds like a plenum vac leak. Pick up a felpro gasket and replace it.
