Headers for Dart Angle Plug Heads
Hey guys. I just dropped in a new 383 build in my 1969 4spd car. I ordered some custom side dump headers . They are taking a very long time to come in, and I am getting impatient and I want to get this thing running. I was wondering if there are any suggestions for some relitively inexpensive long tube headers that would work well with the Dart angle plug heads so I can get this thing on the road. Is there any problem running this for a little while with the open headers? Thoughts? Thanks in advance for any help!

Hiya,
My Hooker Super Comps worked with my Dart Pro1 heads with angle plugs. These are expensive. Possibly the Hooker Comps would have similar dimensions. Some areas were tight, but the standard plugs fit fine.

I have a set of Flowtech 31106 on my Dart SHP heads. Fit well. No complaints. I am sure the ceramic coating is not the best quality, but for $260, I figured they have got to last longer than the basic painted ones.
