Power window questions???

Power window questions???
1-Has anyone experienced a howling noise from the power window going in the up position? I have lubed all of the tracks and wheels where possible. The window goes up & down fine, but howls when going up.
2-I have also checked the attachments to make sure everything is tight, and it apppears to be fine. But in the down position and part way up, there is side-to-side movement. Is this normal? It seems like that will contribute to rattling noises, etc. Also the door panels are still off the car, so I would imagine that this may eliminate some of that movement???
3-on my other window, when it is in the down position, and you use the switch to go up, it seems to hesitate for a split second and then go up just fine. any thoughts on this??
also on same window if you have it up about 2" and you hit a bump or depression in the road it comes up an inch or so by itself, appartently something is not right....
would like to get these issues fixed before getting the door panels back on.....
and does anyone know where to purchase the weather protection plastic for the doors, or what have you used in place of????
