THROTTLE CABLE BRACKET
I am installing my ZZ4 with a Holley Avenger on it. What are you guys using for a throttle cable bracket when you convert to the Holley setup?
Its a 4 speed so there is no transmission linkage.

Hey Keith do you know if that would work on a big block with a 2 inch drop base. Am looking for something to work and all the Holley bracketsx from places like paragon have been unavailable. Thanks, Bill.

I have a drop base on mine and it's pretty close ( like 1/8"). I don't remember tho if it's a 1.5" or 2" drop...
Oh and it's just the adjustable cable mount that hits so I'm SURE you could make it work if you can pull the cable mount back out from under the carb.

427v8 what kind of holding nut is on your cable , my 71 has the small round style , all I can find locally is the linkage that holds the square clip in style throttle cable.

I could only find the 'morse' type too ( with the square hole ) but it works anyway.
I'm using a Lokar cable that has a threaded end that goes into the bracket, two washers and a Nut hold it all on..
