Date Code on Tires....where?
I have a new set of BF Goodrich TA Radials and I want to know when they were manufactured. There a BUNCH of letters and numbers on either side of the tire. Someone told me the date code is the last 4 numbers at the end of the line that begins with "DOT". Is that correct? Like the bank robber in "Dirty Harry" who didn't know if Harry had fired 5 shots or 6...."I gots to know..."
