Broken Hood Release On 75.
I have tried everything that i can possibly think of to open my hood... has anyone ever had this happen to their 75!?! I dont have the little rubber grommets to access the latches for some reason... could someone maybe take pictures of their latches for me? maybe that would help because its not very easy to weave your hand up threw everything. Thanks!!!

hey thanks for such a quick reply! yeah see its really hard to tell if a 75 latch is the same as the 78(which was the vette they were working with in the link you listed). It sucks because for some reason i dont have those easy-access holes in the wiper area. Its weird though because 70-72s have the little hole ports but i dont? very confusing.

haha lol. see everyone says to pop the little rubber plugs and get it like that but i dont have em.. lol you can probably see why im a little frustrated ha

Its gonna depend on what is really wrong.... Is the cable broken? If so, which cable? Like Jud said, lots of info on this board, just do a search here. I had an unusual problem on my '76.... see Link for details:
