I'm going to buy AFR heads and I'm thinking of having them machine down nozzles in there to put the injector right overtop of the intake valve. I know this is used for sprint car, but how streetable is this?
They won't work very well. Down nozzles are made to run with an Enderly style fuel injection system. They use a barrel valve to bleed off the excess fuel back to the tank. They are designed to run wide open and will be exteremely rich at any other thottle position.
xfactor, like the other guys said, not streetable, BUT....what a wonderful look with DPFI closed loop and those 8 tall stacks with individual air cleaners sticking up through the hood....talk about COOL BEANS!!!!!!
