I'll assume you checked the fuse...
Since the blower doesn't operate at all, the next thing to check is that you have good ground to the motor (Should be the first thing you check before changing the motor).
Have you tested for power before you replaced anything? Do you have any speeds?
The brown wire carries power to the a/c switch which powers up the blower switch on the yellow wire.... Pull off the console side trim panels and start testing the wires.. You'll find your problem.
Have you checked the ground wire? Also try connecting up an extra known good ground point for troubleshooting. Also make a jumper wire and find a 12 volt source and apply the jumper wire directly to the connector to the blower motor and see if it runs.
