Default headlight/vac issues

I am sure this has been asked before but I can't find the answer to my questions. I have a 1975 with a 468 in it that has a vac pump installed and now I am working through some vacuum issues. My main problem is the headlights, both sides, came up when I started the vac pump and now won't go down. What is causing them to stay up ? Could the headlight switch vac lines be reversed ? Bad override switch ? Or do I have a line hooked up incorrectly ? How can I make the headlight doors close ? Thanks in advance for your help.

The relay needs vacuum on the small hose to tell the lights to go down. Check for vacuum there.

Here's some great info on how our headlight vacuum system works, and how to troubleshoot it.

Just a lil ole tip I learned with hose order and an older memory.
Looking at either relay from above order is same as a traffic light.
Red, Yellow, Green top to bottom. I figured that one out all on my own
