Default Mufflers/Exhaust for 77 C3

Been talking with Nomad and Rick (JRCHURCH) about Flowmasters and reviewing past comments. My concern was all the comments about the resonnance in the 1400 rpm range that comes from the Flowmasters. I wonder about Dynomax and others if the resonnance is the same. Yes, I understand most of my driving will be above 1400 rpm but when going slow this is a little too much for what I want. I want the flow through, a distinct Corvette like rumble but not the overwhelming resonnance. This is for a driver and nothing else other then to maximize efficiency.
Thanks,
Bill (also many thanks to these to for turning me on to Corvetteforum-any Corvette owner ought to be coming here-JMHO)

I'm considering doing the same as Rick did running duals with a crossover (H pattern) but felt like the Flowmasters were resonating a little too much for my taste consequently looking at Dynomax or others. Rick is running FM 40s I believe and not sure if going down to FM 20s or 30s would reduce the resonnance.
