Upper panel felt installation question
Does anyone have a proven technique/procedure for installing new upper panel window felts on a 1982 corvette? Old felts were installed with some heavy duty staples through metal and I don't know what tool was used. Would appreciate any help on this matter. Thanks in advance.

i used pop rivets on my 73. no way i could replace those big staples. my door panels were decent enough to use w a shot of SEM dye, but the felts were shot. think i used 5 or 6 per panel and they hold great
