There was about, according to the announcer; 600 cars, all but maybe 15 were not Vette's. As for the show; well I've been debating on whether or not to post my comments regarding the CCO (Corvette Club of Ontario) sponsered event. I would just like to say, I'm glad that Superfast, GDH, and Motorhead talked me out of the idea of us creating a "club". Thanks, but no thanks. From now on, I'll stick to the non corvette club sponsered events, as much as I can.

We will have more fun based on our informal gatherings than in a formal style of a club. This way we are all the Grand PoohBahs with no jackets to buy manditory events to plan other than those we feel we will have the most fun doing. That all being said who is up for the meet ROn Fellows cruise? I sent it to you in the upcoming events email.

I'm up for that. Ron Fellows, sure. About Humberview, the big problem with it was the attitudes of many of the club faithfull. I thought these guys and gals would be like gdh, superfast, et el. But they are not, trust me. oh well, can't wait for next weekend.

Dwayne, I'd be interested to hear you elaborate on that. What was their attitude problem?

Well, without my being rude about it, they where not sociable for one thing, many of them had the "...I own a C5 you don't" attitude and so forth. I dont want to trash this club, as I have only been to one of their events. Maybe this was just a one off sort of thing. However, my expierence with clubs in the past have also produced the same results, I just took it for granted that everyone in Corvette world was like the guys in the Toronto C3 Shark pack. I was wrong.

Dwayne what is this I hear about you putting in a Weiand Supercharger, because you want to generate over 600hp. Man I know that you are in astronaught college but wait for your shuttle ride. Btn. you, MotorHead and Mg62 I think that you guys have started a hp war. I will be content to sit back in my little sb and watch the carnage. SuperFast is having a small prob. with his bb rebuild. He has been talking to 1bad69 too much and is worried about gas mileage now as well. So his solution was to put the bb in and make his vette fwd with a big fart pipe on the back to get better gas mileage.
