Default Have to keep adjusting lifters ?

I have to adjust the lifters ( SpeedPro stamped 1.6:1 ) every week and don't know what the solution is. MY new heads came with SpeedPro stamped rockers and I used the new locknuts that came with them and they seem to loosen off all the time and start ticking.

Should I go get GM stock locknuts, aftermarket or try the poly locks that Crane and Comp Cams make. I saw some Comp Cams locking nuts (poly) that were not very tall at all (only about an inch) but the guy said they were only for aluminum rollers. This guy has been mistaken before so I thought I'd ask if anyone knew who sells poly lock for stamped rockers ?

The Comp Cams locks I was looking a were very close to the ARP in the link below

Would these work ?

Either you aren't adjusting them right, or your rocker nuts are not holding, or your studs are loose. Based upon what you posted, I suspect that the studs have loosened. They may be tight enough to allow for an adjustment but are slipping under use.

I'm pretty sure the nuts aren't holding I torqued the studs down myself.
