Default Braided Plug Wires

I am looking to install braided plug wires on my 1969 BB. Does anyone have pictures how the grounds shouldd be attached to the ignition shield as well as to the valve covers? Thanks

Do you have the assembly instruction manual (AIM). The AIM shows the factory installation of the braided wires, how they route around/over the valve covers, and where the ground wires connect. Routing out of the distributor can is pretty much standard.

Easy Mike,

I do not have a copy of the assembly instruction manual. If you have any pictures from AIM, would be much appreciated. thanks

Heres a couple of pics. I do not know for sure if this is the factory way but it is how they came on my car.

This little bugger should be installed where they bolt on to the bracket next to the coil but as you can see it's old and fell apart.
I hope the pics help.
