Default Wire by alternator on 82 C3
am just about done installing my new small block and discovered a wire by the alternator and don't know where it goes?? Help. It is red and black and the connector is T shaped. I'm thinking maybe something for the crusie control.

It is the under hood light connector.

That red wire looks pretty heavy,you sure that isn't the connector that plugs in the back of the alternator?
