block stamp code....stumped
Morning all.. I have a code right above my timing chain cover on my block on my 1970 corvette...The motor is not the original...the number s 11103XAA.....trying to locate any reference material on this number. google and yahoo searches prove fruitless... Would really appreciate some assistance...

I wonder how many different engines fit into a 1970 Corvette engine bay? Rat motors, mouse motors. Heck, one CF member even has a 348 'W' motor stuffed in there. Knowing the casting date and bore size sure would make deciphering that code easier.
