clutch pedal squeaks
After the car has been running in warm weather for about 1/2 hour, the clutch pedal starts squeaking on me. It only squeaks as I release it after shifting into or out of any gear. Replaced the clutch and shifter in winter and noticed at the end of last summer and now since it's warmed up. I've replaced antirattle springs and boot on outside of firewall but it just sounds like it's going from either under the dash or as the rod goes thru the firewall. Any idea as to how to silence. It's really noisy as I go down the town streets - not real coollllllllllllllll.

Don't forget to check the clutch fork pivot. You can apply molly grease to it through the fork boot via a very long flat blade screw driver with a dab of grease .
