Default Wiring Question/Help Needed Please
I found a wire/plug just laying on the rear of the engine tonight. This is a new car for me and I can't figure out what it goes to and what it is for. It comes out of the large harness underneath the wiper motor. The only thing that is not operational on my car at this time is the wiper motor. Can anyone tell me what it is for and where it plugs in?

There's a flat 2 wire connector with a double black and a blue that goes to the TCS solenoid.

Ummm.....I don't seem to have one of those. Now I'm really confused. It is an early build (feb 25 1970) L46 motor car.
