popping noise left front?
Ok i got my rims put on and i drove car down the road and everything worked GREAT, no pulling . no bouncing, just smooth ....until i was backing it in the garage and turned the steering wheel to the left a little and i noticed a pop noise......as i turned wheel to the left or right i heard a little popping noise from left front...any ideas to what it might be...i have a front end guy i am going to take it to but didn t know if it would be safe or not.....?

There are no stupid questions , open your hood, look down at the control arms on both sides , they are triangle shaped and are the parts that your wheels and front parts attach to. At each end , there are rubber bushings held in place by bolts and the arm itself is used to align your front end. If they are cracked , missing , or off center. that could be where your noise is coming from. There are other places , but that is the most common. You have the same style bushings on the lower control arm also. As I said there are a multitude of other things that could also cause that.
