Someone posted a website late last week for a kit car of a 63 grand sport. I lost the link and a friend and I are very interested in something like this. Does anyone remember the link or the topic. I've searched the recent topics several times and I can't seem to locate it.
And it looks like they have no plans anymore. :(

That's what I thought too. ERA had been doing a great job improving the kit overall, they must have spent too much $$$ fixing everything. I called D&D a couple years ago just after they sold the kit to ERA and they were quite rude. Either way this is NOT a cheap kit and the guys from ERA said that a complete built car would run 50-55K
OW!! 50 grand yikes. Thats too bad a 63 with a c4 chassis sounded like the best of both worlds. It would be cheaper to buy a worn out 63 and just upgrade the suspension. Even at todays inflated prices.
As I understand it, ERA did buy the tooling from D&D with a no compete clause for D&D for a specified time. That time seems to be up and D&D is back in business.
Very close. Except for body mount points, the frame, suspension, and drive train didn't really change from the '67 to '68 body style change. I think that they may have slightly changed the geometry of the rear for more understeer on the '68 Shark.
