Default Fuse Box

Hi guys,

Does anyone know what the red cable is for ? or which circuit it is part of ? i believe the 2 connectors above and below are for the power windows. i have a 78 electrical trouble shooting manual but cannot find reference to this cable apart from possibly part of the power antenna, however i thought it was supposed to be orange ??
any help would be appreciated. thanks in advance

Crimp connectors, especially the blue sleeved ones are usually a dead give away that the install was done post-factory...
