you have a hot wire grounding out ....somewhere, does your radio antenna work at the same time and then quit also?

there's two simple ways to start, remove the light bulb and see if it still blows the fuse, if it doesnt the issue is in that cir-cut, if it still blows put the bulb back in and disconnect the antenna wire, kinda a process of elimination. after that a multimeter is a good thing to have.

Unplug the antenna motor harness in back, it's not cutting power in the end stop going up/down, and so it sets there drawing current and finally popping the fuse....bet the motor is hot too.....

I think I've narrowed it down to the antenna just have to figure out how to get at the wire for the antenna not sure what keeps the wire hooked up and once my arm is up there I have no vision at all and only the one hand in there

To remove the power antenna there is a relay behind the rear centre console reinforcement. The 3 cables from the antenna (green, white and grey) run up into the body through a gromet behind the drivers side rear wheel. They then goto the relay at which point you should be able to disconnect them. Post relay has 2 cables (orange (hot) and yellow ( hot with ignition). If you have any more questions u can pm me. Hope this helps
