Default stock fuel pump question???

Will stock fuel pump with return line support 450 hp 408ci engine with 750 holley dp? Would you upgrade to something else or try it?
Not drag car just street toy.

Supposedly a stock pump will handle 500 hp. I'm not close to 500 or even 450, but a stock pump, with return, works fine on my 383. I've run 12.40 at 107 with it.

thanks!

With that time I bet your close if not at 450hp...
I guess I will try it and maybe mount a fuel pressure gage to check it during WOT.
What about radiator? Any concerns there?

Depends what the carb you have calls for. You can check the fuel pressure w/ a gauge against what your carb info says it needs.

I'm using a stock type replacement radiator, but it is the 4 row L82 engine sized unit. I have ALL the seals around the shroud and the top of the radiator to hood gap in place. I'm using the stock clutch fan and a low flow Moroso aluminum pump. I have zero cooling problems, even when racing in summer conditions.
