Default need some help.

i have a 1982 corvette. last weekend car was running just fine. i went to move it to get my bike out of the garage last sunday and it wont start. i cracked the fuel line coming into the drivers side injector no fuel. car will start if i put fuel directly into throttle body, found a burnt ten amp fuse at the top of the box. apperared to be an old wound. pulled out the old one and replaced it smelled nothing burnt.found the fuel pump relay ( that engineer should be shot) can feel it click when key is turned on went to the g terminal under the ash tray jumped it to the battery ...still no vroom vroom. cracked the line again no fuel. removed the boot at the filler neck. brown wire has 12.5 volts orange wire seems to pulsate and settles down at 5.5 volts i am starting to lean towards a bad fuel pump. any help is really appreciated. this is a very nice car with 77 k miles so i would like to keep it original but i doesnt do me any good sitting there broken if it had a mechanical pump and a carb i would already have this thing running.
