Coker Red Line Tires
There is a company in North Carolina I believe by the name of Diamondback Classics... They offer several styles of redline radials in a 215 70R15 which is the modern day equivalent to the old F70-15 size. The "redline" is raised rather than recessed as in the original, but then again, the tread pattern and sidewall identification are completely different anyway so it's not like you're going to be passing it off as an original.
There was another company, AAA Tires, that was supposedly getting into the business of redline radials (with the correct 215 70R15 size) about four or five years ago, but I haven't heard anything recently about their progress. The company was located in Nevada... Perhaps you can do a little research and find out what became of them.
I have been running a set of the Diamondback's on my '69 for a few years now... Maybe 30,000 miles total on the tires. They seem to be wearing very well and the ride is a great improvement over original or reproduction bias ply tires.
Good luck in your tire search!
Regards,
