At a loss....A/C loss
The air conditioning on my 82 quit Saturday. At first I thought it was a blower issue but it turns out that the compressor clutch is not engaging either. Pulled the fuse and checked it but it was good. After putting the fuse back in I checked and had 12 Volts on both sides of the fuse. Spent Sunday afternoon taking the console apart and found there is no power to either of the brown wires which according to the shop manual are the 12 volt supply for the mode selector and fan speed. Rechecked to insure I had the correct fuse still have 12 volts there.
Has anyone seen this problem before or have a suggestion where the problem may be? I have looked under the dash for a suspect connector but all looks good.

If the system is low on pressure the compressor won't turn on but if you have no blower I think that is a separate fuse from the 25 amp a/c fuse. I'm pretty sure it's marked heater on the fuse block.
