A '69 for $4000
I came across this ad in the local paper,"69 Chevrolet Corvette,350,4 spd,new eng,runs well,aircared,some custom work,must sell $4000(604)682-3269 ext 8066"
As much as I would like to add to my own fleet, I don't think I'll be able to get the idea of 2 vettes past my wife. At $4000 you have to wonder about the frame and or the "some custom work" Too bad there was no pics. I called the number and am waiting for a return call. Hope to post more info later(the message said the car is still there)

Custom vettes sometimes go cheap...I have seen that ofter....Especially when they change bumpers and things.....I saw one recently with an old Trans Am rear....Damn it was ugly :cheers:

check it out for me if u get a chance..if its a steal i will send my brother over to get it..hes on the island over there ..is that in u.s. or canadian dollars? hes looking for one and i was planning to go over there for the month of aug. or sept. to help him find and work on one...
