headlight adjustments ?
i adjusted the lights when i first got the vette..last night the left side wouldnt come up..i went to check it out and the rear part was rubbing against the body..cheez it took out a new chunk of the paint :U anyway i know u can adjust these lights to be flush with the body but how do u adjust them forward and back?

Had the same on mine did not try to adjust the piviot points what I did was to loosen the 3 bolts on the door and pull forward,.....the rod connects to a L shaped arm that connects to the door ,where the bolts are which are visable from the bottom,sorry for the bad discription,do not have my AIM book with me to be more exact

The bolt holes are slotted ,once you pull it forward then retighten them.The can best be seen from under the car or you might be able to get to them with the lights open and with the benzel off.
