Put the old dist back in and the car runs fine again
i guess am just going to leave it alone for now and get my money back for the msd i told msd a 105,000 mile recurved dist just spanked there msd pro billets azz thanks for all your replies guys. This forum has helped me so much for information on my 76 c3 thanks to all

i just did my distributor and wires last weekend. MSD wires for $90 and a stock replacement Accel brand($125+tax,made in China) and its been running great. glad you at least got the problem solved, I know how frustrating having things like that going on can be. It can be consuming of time and energy.
