Default Creatine Monohydrate

Who here takes Creatine? I just started working out again about a month ago, and thinking about taking creatine. I tried some of the powdered stuff a while back, but couldn't get past that sandy texture, it made me want to hurl. Now they have it in capsules!! Has anyone here seen good results using Creatine? ProLab has Creatine capsules 750mg 300 count for 24.99. I was thinking about picking some up.

I have tried it before a couple workouts. I noticed that it gave me much better muscular endurance(same weight, but more reps per set than usual). I know that creatine is naturally produced by your body, so it seems that more would be better but i am not sure. Maybe more is not always better? You never know what other side/long term effects that are involved with maintaining high levels of it in your system.
The fact is that no serious longterm tests have been done to test the safety of the supplement, and I choose not to be the ginnea pig.
Since you are just starting back up, your body will probably make rapid progress without using supplements.

I thought that this was a corvette place!

Well I've been taking creatine for the last couple of years and I like it. What creatine does is allow your muscle cells "fill up" with water so you can get that buffed look. Also creatine helps you recover faster from your workouts, increases your strength and resistance.

If you dont like that powder creatine, don't take the capsules they dont work good and with 750mg that's nothing. That's 0.75 grams and you should take at least 5 grams if you wanna feel it. I've seen guys take 30 grams a day.
You have another choice to the powder, there is a liquid one that is sweet and you can get it in various tastes.
You should also take the creatine with L-Glutamine for faster results.

Toss in some andro and your like on the real mild juice cycle. Start by taking the creatine for 2 to 3 weeks then and the andro. As with anything, your body will adapt to it so you have to either keep upping the dose, which OK short term or stop for a while. I just stop for a while then hit it again. I stopped taking stuff a couple years ago, not worth the money to me but it does help.
