front suspension ball joint troubleshooting

hi guys,

is there a way to troubleshoot the front suspension ball joints?

there is a lot of noise from the right side when driving.
i thought that maybe the wheel bearings are shot.
but it also seems that the front right tire is hitting the outer fender. the wheel has a lot more camber than before.

check the shims between the upper control arm and the frame, they probably fell out.

shims are all there with every tight between the upper arms and chassis frame.

well, took off the wheel today and found that the outer bearing had completely disintegrated. probably torqued too tight.
