Default Camshaft and Lifter Identification

Hello, like everyone else Im stuck and need a little help. I have a 1976 stingray L82. The engine was rebuilt ten years ago, then garaged. When I picked her up she only had 150 miles on the rebuild. She has vortec heads, performer intake, holley 750 dbl pumper. etc. Heres my question. The cam and lifters were made by Reed, who is now out of business. getting information seems nearly impossible.
The cam type is a Reed L 0481 and the lifters are Reed type 11092. I know there solids and Im getting a little rattle and ill need to adjust them but I would like to get as much info as possible before I tackle this.

Any help and info would be greatly appreciated. THANK YOU KRISS CHERRY
