Have you read the plugs and/or put a vacuum gauge on it yet? These checks may give you a hint as to your problem. Good Luck.
@ ROCO71, Is that the "stock hood" on your 'Vette or an aftermarket hood or add-on? It's really nice lookin', I'm going to get a cowl induction add-on f/ my stock '81 hood, as I over-all need more head room f/ my air cleaner now, and also need space f/ my future build/mods. I hate to modify my stock hood, but the cost of an aftermarket hood isn't cheap and I do have a friend who is great w/ glass work. I suppose I'm just somewhat stuck w/ originality and not being able to go back, even though I never will f/ any reason.
