it finally let go

Default it finally let go

the part of the panel that sits right above the nose emblem has come up what hold this piece down? If there is anyone who has delt with this problem send me your suggestions theywill be greatly appreciated.
as it is now i have to get out of my car to hold that part of the panel down to let my light come up, but i play it off cool i act like im wiping the nose of the car of with pride. Thanks in advance [IMG][/IMG]

there is a steel header panel underneath the fiberglass that has seperated. Ecklers used to sell a smc to steel adheasive for this type of repair but i dont see it listed in their latest catalog. i would check your local paint store and see what they offer. I have been using stuff called Duramix. it comes in tube form and requires a special caulk gun with 2 plungers. It comes in a variety of work times from quick to long. the trick would be getting it into the place you need it and clamping the fiberglass to the steel. hope this helps...Semper Fi
