Engine builder needed
Anyone know of a good engine rebuilder in the Tampa Florida area?
Also, are there any good crate motor companies out there. I have read some pretty bad reviews on several companies.

Did you ask the owner of Gearhead Performance? For you guys not from around Pinellas county, its a shop that sells performance parts, etc.

Owens Racing Engines in Texas is not close by, but if you are going to order a crate engine you might give them a call. They do not have prebuilt engines but they will build anything you request and work with you to design what you want and their pricing is reasonable. I have a 383 they built, on the dyno for tomorrow and it has been a pleasure working with them. I am just a happy customer.

I live in Orlando and have a Great engine builder in Deltona, he only charges 500.00 to assemble your engine. I supplied all the parts and paid for all machine shop work, he drops off and picks up the engine from the machine shop. PM me and I can give you his phone # if you want. I have some YouTube video's if you want to see and hear. Look for Harris1507 and also look at my garage photo's. Later
