Head Flow Numbers
Ok, so I ran across this handy dandy head flow web site.

The heading is:
I really hate to advertise my ignorance about the details of head flow, but what exactly is the "221/138" telling me? I was thinking that 62.44% is related to volumetric efficiency? And it appears that it's giving a theoretical HP capability under certain conditions.
I though if I ever wanted to look for new heads, this might be a good guide to help me figure out what to look for.

That particular listing doesn't tell a lot.
It gives you flow numbers at .600" lift, but nowhere else.
The 62.44% is the intake vs exhaust flow ratio. I'm not sure where the 2 hp numbers came from.

Most of the head information there is much more complete than the one that you listed.
