Viton Valve Seal Source

Well after returning numerous ones from various local vendors, I came across Alexsparts.com.
I spoke with Alex yesterday and explained my situation.
He fixed me up and I have the right seals on the way.
We shyed away from the outdated nylon/teflon style and went with the more flexible Viton(blue) seals.
I needed one size for milled intake guide bosses and another size for stock sized exhaust guide bosses.
Check him out he was very helpful

I explained my guide dimensions to Alex and he told me what works the best.
The previous engine rebuilder just forced the teflon/nylon type down on the milled guides and they ripped in half probably as soon as the car was cranked over.
The monkey's also just sat same seals on exhaust stems and they were doing little to nothing and were crushed.
So I feel with a little R/D and seal source tech support my problems should be solved.
If you call Summit will they go and pull a seal and mic the ID so it clears the inner spring? I thinks not, but the small guy will.
I think most parts ware houses are just call takers initially. You may get transferred to a real parts guy if avail.

Just passing on a positive experience as I see over and over again Q/A on valve seals on this forum
