Front Springs not seated

My front end sits 1" higher than the back and I noticed through the seat hole there is a bit a room. I'm looking for a short cut and want to know if there is an easy way to reseat the springs without removing them.

A spring compressor might get you enough room to rotate it but I had the same problem and had to pop the balljoint to work the spring into the index pocket with a pry bar.

Have the front springs been replaced? Any reason to believe they are not in the stock locations? If the fronts are fine, your ride height problem may be limited only to the rear.

Turns out someone had mounted larger tires at some point and put in a spacer. Can be checked / corrected without removing (bit of a job though)
