Default 81 Electric problems

When I put my car to rest for a few months the windows, power mirrors, and windshield wipers(clicking noise from jack compartment behind passenger seat) stopped working. Since I was going to start fixing these issues i was also going to look into fixing the power locks and horn which never worked since I got the car. Also when I finished working on the rear end I went to turn on the car to find I have a battery drain which will be looked into tomorrow. Is there anything that could link any of these electric problems together. What would be the easiest to hardest to fix out of these issues. Any info would help

Start with the basics. Good battery, good ground, check fuses then you can start checking relays but you'll need a manual with a wiring diagram to tell you where they are and which relay does what.... Good luck

Check the large ground connections on the frame first. Then the grounds for the devices. The horn system of these cars seem to be a popular problem. I have never had any luck getting mine to work properly. I finally ended up putting in my own switch on the turn signal lever. Good luck finding the gremlins.
