77 head light adjustment
Just replaced my headlight actuator and now light is going up and down. My problem is that it won't open all the way. It will close until its flush with the body but only opens a bit more that half way. Any ideas? Thanks.

Do you have the assembly instruction manual (AIM)? The AIM explains how to set the actuator rod clevis to factory specs. Sounds like yours need to be lengthened. Specs are in the Note beneath "Actuator Rod Clevis."
