74 BB power steering pump ?

Default 74 BB power steering pump ?
Over the years every time I order a PS pump for a C3, a triangle shape pump arrives....not the rounded tank tower like (I think) came from the factory. Anyone know if there is a pressure difference between the two pumps.

Also installed a rebuilt PS control valve and power cylinder.

Thanks.....I've rebuilt the entire PS system and still have NO power steering.

the pumps are the same, just change the cans/reservoirs

None at all? I just went through power steering hell myself on mine. Tell us more about what it is doing and the steps you have been through so far and maybe we can help.

You might take a look at the valve to make sure its not stuck.

That valve is the pressure regulator.
