I have the 82 non CE version and bought it directly from the mint for 100.00. I don't know how rare the CE verison is but 650 is nuts to me.

These are discontinued from Franklin Mint now. It originally sold for around 100.00-135.00.

He will probably get around 500-1000 for it. I sold mine for 750.00 a year ago. :D

I don't think he will get what his "Buy It Now" is. If he does, I sold mine too soon. :cry
