Not sure, only did it twice, once when it was cold while in neutral and once in 2nd while accelerating.

What do you plugs look like after youve ran it for a while. Maybe you can see an obvious sign of which cylinder, maybe then readjust the exhaust rocker to be certain that its not over tightened. Let us know what you find.
