Default Jesel belt drive

Anyone running a Jesel belt drive on there big block!
I need to know how much the balancer is moved outward from the block because of the thicker crank gear "belt drive gear" if at all, for belt and pulley alignment.
I called Jesel and he said he thinks its 1/8 inch but I need to know exactly how much, not to good of tech if you ask me.
Thanks :
Tom

I have one on my BB but not gm block. I don't know exactly how much the damper sits out. But I did have to space the water pump out by .120 to clear the back of the mech. mezier pump.

If it helps I could measure from the face of the block to the front of the damper? The damper is a ATI unit. Or a more useful dimension?

Running a March serpentine setup. The alt. is mounted where most have their power steering pump at. Down low, drivers side.

A measurement would be great, I have a Dart block and a summit racing supercharger damper. I also have to shim out the water pump a little, waiting on my summit racing order to see how much.
Do you have a mechanical pump, if so then I assume that the .120 also includes how much of a spacer you added to the lower pulley for belt alignment?
Thanks ;

Yes, I have a Mezier mechanical pump. No shims on the lower pulley as it is already spaced (.125?) forward with the 25mm belt drive. but the alt. bracket is spaced out the width of a single lock washer. The idler pulley is mounted to the water pump, so no shimming was required there. Looks like the guy at Jesel was fairly close.

Mine measured 3.122 +/- .010 from the face of damper to the front of the block's machined surface.

Jesel 25mm BB31010 9.8 deck Donovan block.

Hope this helps....or even makes sense.

I have the Jesel and had to make 1/8" spacers for the water pump to block and behind the lower pulley. A waterjet works great for cutting the spacers. I may have the file I created for the waterjet to use to cut them if you need it...no guarantee though.
