Cam question
Does anyone know or heard of an RV cam? The original owner said that he put an RV cam in the 78 SA I bought from him. He said that other than that and true dual exhaust it is complete stock. Just curious if anyone knew anything about this cam as far as performance stats since the car seems to run really good for a low HP C3.

it's probably a cam that is designed to make lots of low end torque. go to comp cams web site and use their online cam selector, they ask about the use of the vehicle it's going in, probably came from there. I don't think there is one specific cam for RV's as much as a line of different cams designed for towing.
