Does anyone have a picture of the "chinspoiler",to help "scoop"air in to the radiator..I dont think i have one  .How does the air move through the engine compartment.Does it go up against the windshield or does it go back under the car?

Re: Chinspoiler (BB wowbagger)
I dont have a pic of one. what year is your car on most it a piece of plastic that hangs under the nose of the car the same as an airdam but it directs air into the radiator.
Your 73 should have a black plastic strip that extends about 1 1/2" below the chin of your flexible front bumper. It catches air and directs it up thru the three openings at the bottom of your flexible front bumper. From there air is sucked thru the radiator to cool you off. If you don't have this spoiler, get one.
I believe intake air for your 73 is from the cowl. Later C3s collected air coming over the top of the radiator frame.
The car is,as you said a 73,and i do not have anything under my car that looks like you describe..Hmm... Another thing to add to my "To do" list..
I just bought one from Mid America. cheap looking, no directions, and doesn't line up with any existing holes except for the bumperetts.
Good luck and if anybody does have any advice for the install, it would make a great tech tip because it seems that many of us are in the same boat. I don't want to drill holes if I don't have to.
D*mn..I live in the wrong country. You,people, can just pick up the phone and order it.I have to search the whole freakin`net to find a supplier, call the supplier and ask if he cary the part, probably get a"No" but they can take it from the states.Delivery in 2-4 months, because they order bulk from the states .And to top it off,pay a price that has suddenly doubled because of instability in the far east.A piece that costs 20$ in the states, costs delivered to me in Sweden about 45$...Hate it..
But i bet the case is Vice versa if you look at the prices for spare parts to Saab and Volvo...But still, its annoying...

maybe, but why would we have a saab or volvo when we have vettes?  actually, i could be wrong but i think the availability of european car parts is better over here than American car parts over there. some european marks (bmw, mercedes, volkswagen, volvo) are very common here. saabs, renault and fiat--not so much, but we do have 'em. over here, whatever we don't have we just :smash:
Bought mine from Mid America only a couple months ago. Fit great and all the holes lined up. I had to trim the outside corner upward curves to miss my L-88 type fender flares. I also bought the three holed plate that goes above the chin spoiler. If that is gone also you still need more parts.
