Slicone brake fluid

Hello fellow Vetteheads, in an earlier post I asked for opinions on silicone verses glycol based brake fluids and received some good feedback, however I forgot to ask when I disconnect the brake lines from the calipers and from the master cylinder to blow out the old Dot 3 is there a solvent I should run through or do you think air will do the job.

Flushed my system with denatured alcohol before in installed the DOT 5.

yeah, cheap rubbing alcohol will work. but be very sure to do a good job flushing it, glycol and silicone brake fluid dosnt work well together...
