Hi everyBody!
i'd like to install an electric fan on my small block but i wonder how to attach it on the radiator with an aluminium core. Do you have some pictures or examples to install.
Thanks

Are you running a stock fan shroud? 79 and 80 L-82 cars and all 81-82 models had factory electric auxiliary fans if you want to shop for one of those

Lots of them come with a couple long plastic pieces taht go trhough the radiator core and fastens them.

I had an alum shroud built night and day difference. Where it was fighting temps at idle before it starts bringing it down right away now. Runs less overall. Make sure and put some vents in it they are a thin rubber..google the fan man in Los Angeles ca.

I still think about putting the mech back on sometimes.
Dont like watching the gauge go up...then down all the time like it steady
and if it ever went out Im stranded.
