82 Fuel pressure??
I just tried increasing the fuel pressure in my 82 and wherever I set it I only got 10lbs?? Just to make sure as you turn in the spring to increase the spring tension that increases the pressure right?? Sounds like maybe the pump is weak??

If you are not getting any adjustment out of the regulator, the diaphragms are likely bad and need rebuilt.
Did you try the front and back?

Did you install a 85 high pressure fuel pump (EP241/GM#25116163)?

I never did it but I thought only the rear had the pressure regulator?

The pressure is read between the two. Correct only the rear has the spring.

The regulator is only in the rear, driver side TBI.

Don't forget to replace the short hose that connects the fuel pump to the line (inside the tank) with a high pressure hose. Otherwise you'll just blow out the old one.
