Pretty sure its this one... Im not 100% but if its not its something very close. We had it ground on a billet core so Im not sure if the part number would be the same... Thats something I should know though... http://www.summitracing.com/parts/cc...make/chevrolet
If you arent spinning the motor past 5500 youre right, the 195's would probably be best. But I think the big(er) cube motors make enough TQ down low to move the power band up a bit and get a few more hp out of them. I have AFR 180 heads on my 350 in the vette and again, I went too small. Id like to swap them out for the 195's on the 406 down the road.
I spin my 400 to 62, 6500 with out issue, it pulls to 6500 no problem. My friend went with the 210 's and pulls to 7500 with out any issue hes running a 252 @ .50 cam shaft solid roller.
I thought you were the OP for some reason, hence the 5500 RPM limit comment.
Yes we spin ours to 6500 which is the current rev limit (from the old motor). I think it has more power up top though so Ill probably move it to 6800 or 7000. What Im really trying to say is that I think you can still have a very streetable motor with 210 heads that will make more power as long as you are willing to spin it a bit higher. But that is kind of irrelevant in this thread given the OP's requirements. Just talking out loud here...
Edit: Cam in the link is .564/.570 and 236/242@.050 Solid roller
